About ISOQAR

ISOQAR in Poland was founded in late 2003. We operate on the principle of representation of Alcumus ISOQAR Limited of the UK based in Manchester. This method of co-operation allows us to use the full accreditation granted by UKAS, BRCGS, IFS, FSSC and APMG to Alcumus ISOQAR Limited.

 

Our main office is located in Warsaw. We provide certification services, not only in Poland but also in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

 

Close cooperation between the British and Polish units and a high level of competence of employees of ISOQAR in Poland allows us to provide a reliable service to our customers.

 

Many of our staff know the market from the perspective of the Management Representative, Consultants and Lead Auditors. This allows us to understand the problems and aspirations of large,  medium-sized and small businesses.

 

ISOQAR's policy is focused on certification of quality management systems, information security, business continuity, quality IT services and food safety. These are timeless standards and attention to quality issues, food security and business continuity are critical to any company that wants to be effective and increase their competitive edge. We also dynamically operate in the certification of environmental management systems as well as occupational health and safety.

ISOQAR around the world

ISOQAR Ltd as a certification body was established in 1991 as one of the first independent certification bodies in the UK. Alcumus ISOQAR Ltd now has a very wide range of accredited certification so that we can provide services in virtually every industry.

 

In October 2010, ISOQAR Ltd joined the Alcumus Group - an international service organization involved in risk management, compliance and certification.

 

Alcumus ISOQAR Ltd is present in Africa, North America, Australia, Asia and Europe. ISOQAR Agency Offices, co-ownership Agencies and in some cases sub agencies of Agencies are located in countries such as Australia, Indonesia, Japan, India, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Taiwan, Greece, Romania, Russia, Italy, Czech Republic, Pakistan and Poland. Due to the presence of ISOQAR on multiple continents, we are able to carry out certification and registration in almost any country in the world.

Statement of independence and impartiality

Employees of ISOQAR and organizations working for us who might be involved in the certification and registration process fully understand the importance of independence and impartiality when conducting the certification services.

 

ISOQAR ensures that upon contact with clients or potential clients, all employees or other persons involved in the certification process are and will remain independent and impartial.

 

To ensure that independence and impartiality is both preserved and able to be demonstrated, ISOQAR has identified and assessed the risk of all contacts that may lead to a conflict of interest or pose a threat to the maintenance of independence and impartiality.

Cookie Policy

  1. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), I hereby inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is ISOQAR CEE sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Wąwozowa 11, 02-796 Warsaw, NIP 9512091016, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000178492.

2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, Mr. Krzysztof Radtke, who can be contacted by e-mail at: iod@isoqar.pl.

3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• To respond to a request for quotation, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. More information available at the link.

• To contact you for the purpose of providing marketing and commercial information, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

• To pursue the Company’s legitimate interests, consisting of establishing or pursuing claims or defending against claims, pursuant to the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. The recipients of your personal data will be the partners and employees of the Administrator, within the scope of their official duties and based on authorization.

5. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country or international organization.

6. Your personal data will be stored until the end of cooperation or until you withdraw your consent.

7. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to data portability.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority—the Personal Data Protection Office—if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary in order to execute the subject of the agreement / it is necessary due to specific legal provisions (the processing of personal data is a statutory requirement). If you do not consent to the processing of your personal data, the Administrator may refrain from concluding the contract.

10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. This means no decisions that produce legal effects concerning you, or significantly affect you in a similar way, will be based solely on automated processing of personal data, nor will such automated decisions be made.
